For those with sales experience, finding potential customers interested in your service is crucial. While there are numerous methods to accomplish this, it’s essential to know when to use which tools. I acknowledge this can be not easy, but I empathize with its challenge.

As a professional salesperson, I’ve had the opportunity to use various tools available on the market. However, my recent experience with Seamless AI has prompted me to share my thoughts in this article. Despite its impressive features, including integration with LinkedIn, I still needed some help using the tool.

Challenges with Seamless AI.  

As a professional, I require software to function perfectly without any hiccups. Spending more than 30 minutes with customer service can be frustrating and time-consuming. If this issue persists, I may need to explore alternative solutions that better cater to my needs. Unfortunately, with seamless ai, I was forced to look for another solution for several reasons. 

  1. The customer service could have been better. Whenever I had an issue, I had to rely on email communication as no phone support was available. Moreover, the support team happened to be in a different country, which resulted in frustrating delays.
  2. The Billing was off the charts; weeks would go by without using the service, and the cost per person was 200.00 per month. I would have been fine with the Billing, but the errors, false emails, and phone numbers were more trouble than it was worth.
  3. When I tried to resolve the issues with Seamless, I could never get a response. I stopped giving them access to my credit card because they refused to answer my support requests. 
  4. I couldn’t find any helpful information or insights on the companies I focused on, so I had to keep researching and wasting considerable time and energy. 
  5. Upon reviewing the service, I was paying for outdated information, and the cost per lead needed to be more cost-effective.

The service had robust integrations with LinkedIn and CRMs, but the most crucial aspect was offering actionable data and accurately targeting individuals at the appropriate time. Unfortunately, Seamless does not fulfill this requirement.

I had frustrating conversations with Seamless Ai because I couldn’t get a refund or cancel the service, which annoyed me.
